For the month of August 2010, Free Beauty Events will be giving away 10 prizes. Each prize will consist of RoC Brilliance Eye Beautifier – a $45 Value! The Contest runs from 8/1/2010 to 8/31/2010, winners will be chosen on 9/5/2010 and notified by 9/15/2010.
