SOAP & GLORY HAND FOOD

Just a quickie today....I love this hand lotion! I don't see it on the Soap & Glory site anymore though, so it might be discontinued. Boo! I keep on this on my vanity and use it every night. It smells wonderful and feels really light and moisturizing. Soap & Glory, please bring this back!

I'm seriously ready for S&G to get their bums back to the states!!!

What are your Soap & Glory favs?

SEXY MOTHER PUCKER?

Time for another SG review! This is the infamous Sexy Mother Pucker, lip plumping gloss. I've never tried a lip plumping gloss, as I am happy with my lips. But...am still curious if this stuff really works. On to the pictures, as they say a thousands words, right?

My lips before:

My lips about 10 minutes after I applied the gloss:

Do my smackers look bigger to you? I can't really tell the difference. I thought perhaps if I removed the gloss, as gloss can help make lips looks larger (or so I have heard), here's a pic of my lips with gloss wiped off:

Side by side:

What do you think? Have you tried this? To me, after just a minute my lips began this crazy tingle! It almost felt like how your legs feels when it's "falling asleep". It tingled for about twenty minutes or so. I'm not sure how long the effect is supposed to last, as I am not sure it really worked for me. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

SOAP & GLORY SOLAR POWDER

You guys know I adore Soap & Glory and I can't wait for their stateside return!!!! I recently wrote to SG letting them know how much I love their products and can't wait to try more! So the lovely Gwen was sweet enough to send me an amazing package with lots of SG goodies to tide me over until their return!!!

So here is the first item I wanted to review for you guys. I have loads of followers in the UK and surrounding areas, so if are lucky enough to be able to purchase them, check this one out!

"Mix-and-match multi-shade bronzer for beautifully luminous skin. FREE brush and Mirror included!
Enough to glow around
Sweep the brush lightly over the bronzer, then dust onto your face, neck and décolletage for instantly sun-kissed skin. (Get into the habit of applying a high SPF sunscreen first, and you might appear tanned and glamorous for years without ever developing a wrinkle)."

Can you say, "Gorgeous!"? Inside are two matte, yes...I said matte, bronzing powders and the adorable Soap & Glory Log on it. The logo is brushed with pink sparkling powder...which sadly is just on the top, after you sweep it once, it's gone. Boo whoo. *hahaha*

It's also got a bottom that pops open and store a brush inside:

I haven't used this and probably won't. It seems to me it would do in a pinch, but might not blend out as much as I would want. I've also got travel brushes, so I'll probably stick with those.

I tried doing swatches for you all, but this is really such a light bronzer and my lighting isn't the best, it was hard to get a decent picture. Sorry! I will post a picture soon with the bronzer on my mug! Do you have this? Do you love it?

SOAP & GLORY THE RIGHTEOUS BUTTER

"Award winning body moisturising butter with softening shea butter and aloe vera. A formula for anyone who’s lost that ‘rubbing’ feeling and wants to bring it on back. With a new dynamic moisture trap matrix to help hold hydration in longer!"

If you read my last review, you'll know that I have fallen in love with Soap & Glory's body products! I have been using this for about a month or so after I use the Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Polish. My skin feels and looks so moisturized after using these two products together. This butter is heavier than regular lotion and really sinks down deep into my skin. I'm left with a super soft feeling for hours after! I usually use this right before bed and I wake up with smooth, hydrated skin. This has a nice light scent and fades pretty quickly, so it doesn't mess up and purfume you may want to wear.

On the Soap & Glory webpage, this has a retail price of $14.99 for 10.1 ounces. I don't mind this being in a large pot, because I know I'm getting all the product out. Pumps are nice, but it's hard to get ALL of the product out of those. I wish this came in a super size, I know I'll be going back to Target soon for more Soap & Glory!!

SOAP & GLORY FLAKE AWAY SPA BODY POLISH

"Transforms your scaly legs from reptilian to radiant. Nothing eliminates dry surface flakes as fast as Flake Away™. For superhero-strength skin smoothing spa body polish with Shea Butter, sweet almond oil, peach seed powder, sea salt and sugar."

This brand caught my eye while doing some Christmas shopping at my local Target store. The pretty display of pink packaging and catchy product names really made me stop and take a good look. The prices are great, everything under $15 for the most part. I wasn't sure though if all this was covering up something really plain. So after looking for a while, I decided to pass. But I just couldn't stop thinking about these products, so I hopped on google and did some investigating. I read review after review and came to the conclusion that their body products were by far the favorite. So I went back and got the Flake Away Spa Body Polish.

I am in LOVE! This is hands down, the best my skin as felt fresh out the shower! I have been using this product for about two and half weeks and my skin has never felt smoother! For $9.99 you get 8.4 ounces of flake away. (Though I wish this came in a bigger size!) I see myself going through a lot of this stuff.

It has a really light scent and doesn't seem to really linger. I like that. I don't really want to smell like my body wash, I prefer to smell like my purfume or nothing at all. The grains in this are really fine, so it doesn't feel like you are harshly scrubing your skin. I didn't show any signs of irritation when I was finished! You just rub in on your skin in circular motions until the grains are gone. You can rub for a pretty long time before that happens, in fact, I've been in a hurry a few times and didn't do that! My skin still came out totally feeling amazing! In fact, they felt so moisturized, I didn't even feel like I needed any kind of lotion afterwards. This would probably be great to pop in my gym bag to cut down on the amount of stuff in there! But even though I didn't feel like I needed any moisturizer after this, I still followed up with Soap & Glory's body butter (see review).

If you are looking for a good body scrub/polish, please do yourself a favor and check this one out. You can see all the Soap & Glory products here: http://www.soapandglory.com/.
