I know we all love makeup and our netural looks, but I'd like this contest to be inspired by this Spring-Summer High Fashion!! Let's show the blogger community our skills! Don't just recreate a look you find as inspiration, make it your own! I'm looking at not just what a good job you can do, but how you are able to interpret one thing and make it another! Be bold or be subtle, but Go Big or Go home!! This isn't meant to be "wearable" makeup. Really blow past your limits and your comfort zone and be creative. Inspriation can come from anywhere--the runway, magazines, celebs, nature, spring cosmetic's lines, etc...
To enter, please do a post on your blog and enter the link into the comments section OF THIS BLOG POST. I would like you to post a picture of your inspiration and talk about what about it inspired you. You can post your look in as many looks as you feel shows all the aspects of your creation! You can use your own face or a model, as long as YOU are the one creating the look! **I will know if you are ripping off pictures from the internet, so please don't disrespect honest entries by doing that.**
Of course, if you do not have a blog, that's ok too! I still want to see what you can do! Please send requirements to NVBeautyBlogger@gmail.com. I will post your entries on my blog so that everyone can share in the fun!
If you like (optional) you can list what you used, much like a FOTD. You can recreate as many looks as you want for multiple entries!! **They can all be done in one post if you like, or several...just leave all the links in my comments section of this posting please. You will have until Midnight EST on April 9th to enter. Go get 'em ladies! (Gentleman welcome too, of course!) You don't have to be a MUA to enter, everyone is welcome!! I will select the two entries I feel are the most creative, really show how their inspiration was used and changed into something new, are well done and pulled together.
